I don’t wait for things to be ready. I care about products that are practical, maintainable, and designed to survive contact with reality. My loop is:
- Build — make it exist
- Ship — put it in front of real users
- Learn — adjust based on what actually happens

Background
I studied Japanology and worked in Japan, which heavily influenced how I think about systems, craftsmanship, and incremental improvement. That perspective carries into how I design software and products.
